If there is inclement weather of qualification day, does everyone get an alibi?

In the event of inclement weather on qualification day, all score cards are secured by the coach at the target points and the range is ceased and placed into cold status. Once the weather has subsided and the range is safe to move forward, the shooters and coaches simply pick up where they left off before the weather ceased firing.
